What this quote means is to choose the right at all times. Choosing the right is one of the best things to do in life. When you choose the right 24/7 you will receive the medal of CTR just like this 14 year old boy did. This kid was playing in a golf tournament he was doing great and tried his best. He ended up winning the game with all the effort he put. But after the game he realized that he was carrying an extra golf club and that's considered cheating in golf. So he went up to the judges and told them it was an accident he didn't mean to carry an extra club and you can only have 14 and he had 15. So they took away the medal and gave it to the person in second place. He was being honest and won the the CTR medal and feels good because he did good.
