           What this quote is trying to say is that to stand up for yourself and what you believe in.
Even if your the only one who believes in something you should stand up for it. For example a friend of yours wants to drink alcohol with you in your house when your parents are there should you do it? No because it is not the right thing to do so you say no and he starts taunting you and calling you a chicken. Would you still do no because its still not the right thing to do what should you if he keeps doing this. You tell him if you don't respect my choice than your not my friend and you should leave.  So you can never fall into peer pressure.
